But, Actimel are refunding your money for a month's supply in a special promotion, so Nestle are basically giving me the yoghurt and I do not feel so bad after all.
Just a quick banana and a 0.1% Fat Actimel drink before I head off to Welling for the birthday party of a 9 year old.
