Mango Salsa
100g mango, cut into small cubes
1 tomato, cut into small cubes (around 100g)
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
juice 1/2 lime
1 clove garlic, crushed
2-3 chillis (to taste), sliced fine
handful coriander leaves
Combine all ingredients and allow flavours to blend for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
Serve with a seared tuna steak on a bed of mixed leaves.
