Hoi Sin Tofu Noodle Salad & Asparagus
70g hoi sin sauce
1 pack "ready to wok" Chinese style noodles (about 200g)
75g marinated pressed tofu, cubed
1 green chilli, chopped
35g red pepper, cut in thin strips
3-4 spring onions, sliced
juice ½ lime
handful fresh coriander
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve with
