Vegetables with Cheese Veloute
1 baby cauliflower, about 100g1 baby broccoli, about 100g
115g asparagus
150g spinach
125g mushrooms
2-3 cloves garlic
small handful fresh parsley, chopped
Spray a non stick skillet with a little olive oil and saute the mushrooms with some garlic until soft. Season with salt & pepper.
Do the same with the spinach.
Steam the broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus.
Arrange the veggies on plate & serving with Veloute Sauce with Cheese
