Lunch 1 April - Kipper on Malthouse Bread
Kipper on Malthouse Bread
2 slices of March Malthouse loaf
1 kipper, anally picked over to remove all bones, skin etc
juice 1/2 lemon
few sprigs dill
lashings of freshly ground black pepper
Just mashed up the kipper with the lemon & pepper, spread it on some Malthouse toast and garnished with the dill sprigs.
Had this with a big handful of pepperoncini peppers and a Herb Salad.
