Lunch Friday 13 April - Stir Fried Asparagus & Kumara "Chips"
I had some Sainsbury's "Taste the Difference" Kumara sweet potatoes, which seem to be an antipodean thing.

Anyway, I cut one into chunky chips, spritzed it with a little olive oil and baked the chips in the oven on a fairly high heat until cooked - slightly more than cooked, actually!
Had this with some of my home made catsup and a stir fry of ½ a red pepper, ½ a red onion and 200g of asparagus.
