Went to visit a mate who is following the Lighter Life diet (meal replacements), so I packed up the second helping of yesterday's Potato & Bean Salad to take along as she has no food in the house.
Sat in the garden and ate before heading to Ikea. Ikea on a Sunday - what were we thinking?
