Roasty Roots
200g celeriac
2 carrots
1 medium sweet potato (about 150g)
½ butternut squash (about 300g)
1 red onion (about 180g)
3 cloves garlic
Another old favourite. Cut cut everything into even sized pieces, spritz with a little olive oil season and roast in a moderate hot oven.
