Wild Rice & Pressed Tofu Salad
2 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger, grated
2-3 chillis, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
65g bottled black bean sauce
150g cooked wild rice
2 aromatic pressed tofu blocks, cut into slivers
60g pointed sweet red pepper, sliced
70g spring onions, sliced
100g fine beans
Make a dressing of the black bean sauce, garlic, ginger, chillis & soy sauce.
Combine the rice, tofu, peppers, spring onions and fine beans. Toss with the dressing and serve
