Breakfast Saturday 4 November - Toast & Coffee

Just had a slice of the seeded rye loaf - nearly gone now - toasted, with some veggie Bovril and 2 cups of coffee.

Not sure what loaf I will make next; probably a malted granary loaf as I bought some granary flour recently. BUT, I need to get back to the cereal hoard as well.

Got started cooking straight away this AM and made asparagus stock, stewed courgettes and borscht, so expect them on the menu soon.
