Breakfast Tuesday 1 November - Egg on Seeded Rye Toast


Well back off to L's for more unpacking and cleaning the new house, to started the day with one free range, organic egg mashed up with a tablespoon of low fat mayonnaise. This was seasoned with lots of "steak house pepper" (which I love although I don't eat steaks) and smeared liberally on a slive of my homemade seeded rye toast.

And coffee, too.
