I wasn't really hungry in the evening, so just had a slice of my homemade malted granary loaf with a smear of reduced fat peanut butter.
I love peanut butter and was pleased to "discover" the 33% lower fat version recently in Sainsbury's. Tastes pretty good, but with less of a calorie & fat hit.
Later, I had a handful or spicy roasted chick peas that I buy from a guy in Chapel Market.
