Dinner Monday 6 November - Veg-0-Rama

Felt like eatin' a whole heap of veggies, so that's what I did.

200g new potatoes, boiled
1 ear of corn, steamed
125g broccoli, steamed
100g fine beans, steamed
100g Chantenay carrots, steamed
95g broad beans, steamed

I also had what I called "Butter Buds Sauce" for the spuds, which is basically 2 teaspoons of Butter Buds with a 1/2 Marigold Vegan, Reduced Salt, Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder mixed with a couple of tablespoons of the potato cooking water.
