Dinner Monday 31 July - Composed Salad


Composed Salad
140g mixed leaves
200g asparagus, steamed
100g cherry tomatoes (I have a mixed of green tiger and red & yellow santini here)
4 quails eggs, hard boiled
1/2 jar roasted artichokes
115g hot smoked salmon flakes

Arrange everything attractively (we do "eat with our eyes") and dig in.
