Lunch Friday 25 August - Brie & Cranberry sandwich


Brie & Cranberry sandwich
2 slices wholegrain bread, lightly toasted
40g ripe Normandy Brie
1 heaped tablespoon cranberry sauce
2 romaine lettuce leaves

Spread one slice of bread with the brie and top with the cranberry sauce. Add shredded lettuce and top with the other slice of bread. Halve and serve.
