Haddock in Herb Veloute with Vegetables
140g haddock loin, steamed
200g potatoes, mashed
150g kale, steamed
100g baby Chantenay carrots
200g baby cauliflower, steamed
1 portion Herb Veloute

This is more or less a repeat of Friday's meal (and loads of others!).
