Dinner Thursday 19 April - Haddock & Prawn Pie


Haddock & Prawn Pie
200g haddock fillets, skinless & boneless
100g prawns
75g petit pois
1 portion Herb Veloute

250g boiled potato
2 tablespoons cream

Cut the haddock in 1" cubes and combine with the prawns, peas & veloute sauce. Season well and pout into a small casserole dish.

Mash the potatoes with the cream and plenty of whit pepper. top the pie with the mashed potatoes and bake in a moderate oven until the top is golden and the sauce is bubbling around the edges, around 40 minutes.

I had this with about 70g each broccoli & carrot, steamed.
