Breakfast Monday 28 August - Apricots

Got some nice fresh apricots in Chapel Market, so had 200g of them (about 6) with some more of the cereal horde. I am developing quite a taste for Grape Nuts with hot Light Horlicks....but

NO MORE GRAPE NUTS!

Alpen Unsweetened Muesli
M&S Luxury Fruit & Fibre Muesli
Porridge Oats
Mornflake Oat Bran...
