Breakfast Tuesday 12 September - Blueberries and Yoghurt


Today started with 300g blueberries and 150g Total 0% Fat Greek Style yoghurt. And, of course, coffee.

The Total 0% fat yoghurt was a real find. I have been eating it for about 18 months now. Tastes just a nice as the regular stuff.
