Dinner Tuesday 5 September - Salmon with Green Peppercorns, Onions Ring & Spinach


Hmm, only just noticed a bit of a theme developing on today - twice I have had green peppercorns and twice I have had onions rings!

Bye-bye, onions rings.

The spinach was done my favourite way, just quickly sauteed garlic and black pepper in a spritz of olive oil.

The salmon was seared in a non-stick pan with a spray of olive oil, then finished off with a small pat of butter (5 grams) and a teaspoon of green peppercorns, crushed in a mortar & pestle.

Remind me never to buy frozen onion rings again. I think these were leftover from some Iceland "Meal Deal" or other....
