Dinner Wednesday 6 September - Veggie Platter


Time for my old favourite, the vegetable plate

100g fine beans
200g asparagus
200g new potatoes
2 carrots

Butter Buds sauce
(2 teaspoons of Butter Buds, 1 teaspoon Marigold Veggie Boullion, a few tablespoons of hot water. I use it on the spuds) . Butter Buds are the weird butter solids with all the fat removed. They taste really buttery, without the saturates or calories. They are, of course, American!
