Well, I suppose this is another favourite as it is the second time I have made tea smoked halibut of late.

This time, I had the halibut with a simple salad of romaine, torn basil leaves, snipped chives and green tiger tomatoes. I also had a little Clearspring organic wasabi on the side (that is what that pale green pool is - the organic, natural stuff is not so lurid green as the usual wasabi).
