Lunch Monday 27 August - Udon with Vegetables

Udon with Vegetables
1 pack seafood flavoured udon noodles
95g broccoli, in florets
85g baby corn
65g mangetout
1 carrot, sliced
5 spring onions, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
handful fresh coriander
chilli flakes

No recipe here - I just steamed the vegetables over the water in which the udon noodles were cooking, then added the packets that came with the noodles (plus some extra soy & sesame oil) and the veggies, coriander and a shake of chilli.
