Lunch Monday 6 August - Chick Pea & Bean Salad


Chick Pea & Bean Salad
1 can chick peas (240g)
100g green beans, cooked
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced (about 50g)

Toss to combine.

Make a dressing of:
juice 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil

and pour over beans & peppers.
