Lunch Sunday 12 August - Tuna Salad


1 50g bag pea shoots
30g black olives
150g cherry tomatoes
1 portion tuna salad

Tuna Salad
60g red pepper, chopped
60g spring onions, sliced
100g celery, chopped
1 can corn (about 270g)
1 can tuna, well drained
50g light mayonnaise
handful parsley
juice ½ ime
1 clove garlic, crushed
100g Kraft light Herb & Garlic dressing
Adobo seasoning

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
