Sound the fanfare! The Alpen is dead!

Yes, I finally had the last portion for Alpen this morning. Tomorrow (well, maybe a brief break) I will move on to the M&S Fruit & Bran Muesli.

So, not much of a change really.... well, more fruit! 45% fruit!

Today's brekkers: 40g Alpen, 32g light Horlicks, coffee and 2 clementines.
