Dinner Thursday 15 March - Thai Style Salad


Thai Style Salad
200g bean sprouts, blanched
4 spring onions, cut into julienne
1/2 red pepper, cut into julienne
70g sugar snap peas, blanched & cut into julienne
2 stalks celery, cut into julienne
60g baby corn, blanched & cut into julienne
85 g carrots, cut into julienne
90g cooked prawns

Dressing
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
juice 1/2 lime
crushed red chillis to taste

Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Toss together the vegetables are prawns with the dressing.
