Dinner Saturday 10 March - Gold Coast Stew
Had that Quorn "chicken" in the fridge, so decided to make another batch of Gold Coat Stew. Haven't had one in a while and I do like the sweet/savoury/spicy combination of the peanuts & chillis.
I had 1 portion of stew with a HUGE salad of watercress, rocket, Romaine, coriander, parsley, and tomatoes.
