Lunch 7 September 2007 - Marinated Tuna Steak with Thai Style Salad


Marinated Tuna Steak with Thai Style Salad
1 tuna steak, marinated in:
1 tablespoon fish sauce
juice ½ lime
1 teaspoon grated kra chai
1 clove garlic

Marinate for 30 minutes or more and then grill the tuna steak as you like it.

Thai Style Salad
1 bunch radishes, sliced (90g)
1 carrot, sliced thinly
1 rib celery, sliced thinly
2 spring onion, sliced thinly
4 tablespoons Thai Style Dressing

55g watercress
25g mixed fresh herbs (parsley, coriander etc)
Mix together and use to line a plate. Mound the salad and tuna steak on top and serve.
