Dinner Sunday 14 January - Swordfish with Capers


Finally got my swordfish with capers! Again, no real recipe. I just seasoned the fish with some of the Montreal steak seasoning (this stuff is really growing on me!) and seared it on either side in a non stick pan sprayed with a bit of olive oil. Toss in the chopped capers when it is nearly done and there you go.

Served up with 160g of steamed carrots and 200g of steamed asparagus.
