Lunch Wednesday 25 July - A Fry Up (of sorts)


A Fry Up
1 Cauldron Foods veggie Cumberland sausage
2 Quorn "bacon" rashers
1 Portobello mushroom
2 tomatoes
1 duck egg
100g new potatoes
The new potatoes and tomatoes were roasted with a little spray olive oil. The rest was done in a non-stick skillet.
Apologies for the "massacred" egg, but I am not a fan of soft yolks!
