Dinner Sunday 7 October 2007 - Halibut with Rice & Asparagus



Halibut with Rice & Asparagus
2 halibut fillet (240g)
50g (dry weight) brown basmati rice
50g asparagus
1 tsp instant vegetable bouillon powder
5g butter

No recipe, halibut was just seasoned and baked in foil with a little lemon juice. The rice was boiled in water seasoned with the vegetable bouillon and the asparagus was sauteed in the butter.
